George, Earline, Samantha, and Melina came up for a visit. They spent a lot of time with family, enjoyed a trip to Wegman’s, and an outing to Letchworth State Park (#1 state park in the country!).
We are so glad that they were able to come up, and hope for more visits in the future.
We had a wonderful Christmas 2014. Nearly everyone was able to make it to Mom’s house for the big day. We missed Samantha, Tae, and Melina, but hopefully they will be able to join us next year!
Christmas dinner featured a soup buffet, a very creative meal that was enjoyed by all.
Notable events included Alicia graduating to the grown-up table (yay!), three sick kids who had to wear masks, and a trip to see “Into the Woods”.
Everyone gathered at Mom’s house for our Thanksgiving feast. Well, almost everyone. Larry had an opportunity to spend Thanksgiving in Texas with an author he has supported for a while, and Melissa and Austin spent Thanksgiving in West Virginia on a mission trip.
There was plenty to eat . Charissa took the logical step of weighing herself before and after eating to monitor her food intake!
The most exciting that happened was that the next generation has taken over the cleanup duties!
So, that was our Thanksgiving. See everyone at Christmas!
I spent the day Fairport watching Madeline cox two boats in the Lift Bridge Regatta. She had a first place finish and a second place finish. Madeline is the one facing the wrong way 🙂
Welcome everyone! Omansonline is still under construction, but please use it. Post photos, share what is going on, let us know what is going on with you and the family!
In every conceivable manner, the family is link to our past, bridge to our future. -Alex Haley
